He simply says, "It's a a vision, I see it in my head, and just put what I see on the plate". Oh Chef Darren if we all

Chef Vincent started cooking when he was a very young boy, watching his mother in the kitchen, and always tried to help.
Today Vincent is part owner of one of the hottest restaurants around. The Goomba Grill. Even on his spare time
he is working with Chef Darren to come up with new ideas for their menu. Chef Vincent says I learn from Chef Darren
everyday, His Steak Portabello is like biting into a piece of paradise......... Chef Darren is the reason for my
culinary drive.
